St. John Vianney Portrait Order Instructions

 

BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, IT IS ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO TERMS STATED HEREIN.

 

It has been my pleasure, once again, to photograph the 8th grade graduating class at St. John Vianney School.   If you have questions about the instructions, please email me.  If I don't hear from you, I'll assume all instructions are clear.  Please do not call the school, since they will just tell you to contact me.        Please put SJV PHOTOS as your subject line to make it easier to find your email.

Orders must be placed by THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8 in order to get the school portrait package special prices.   After this date, orders will be charged at higher, standard unit prices.

You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, or Zelle.   If you prefer to pay by Venmo or Zelle, choose option at checkout to 'pay later' and then pay on Venmo or Zelle using my phone number 408-887-2317.

There will be a link to the photos at the end of these instructions. Please READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS before looking at and ordering photos.

Password is sjv (all lower case).

Click on the album that contains your child's photos. 

To order a photo package, hover over the photo and then click the shopping cart at the bottom of the photo and choose what you’d like.

If you wish to order additional poses, click the X at the upper right to go back to the gallery.

Follow instructions to finish your order.

Minimum order is ONE PACKAGE.   You may add on additional prints, graduation announcements, yard signs or calendars, but only in addition to a package.  All photos will be cropped correctly, centered, and beautifully printed.   The online gallery is for you to choose the expression and posture/position you prefer for your child.  They are not a final look.    If you would like your photos retouched for blemish removal, braces removed, glass glare removal, or to have the dark glasses lightened, please select those items on the order form.

 

Packages:

A: One 20x24 mounted portrait, four 8x10s, eight 5x7s, thirty two wallets, BLEMISH RETOUCHING INCLUDED

B: One 16x20 mounted portrait, four 8x10s, eight 5x7s, twenty four wallets, BLEMISH RETOUCHING INCLUDED

C: One 11x14 mounted portrait, four 8x10s, six 5x7s, twenty wallets, BLEMISH RETOUCHING INCLUDED

D: Four 8x10s, eight 5x7s, sixteen wallets

E: Two 8x10s, six 5x7s, sixteen wallets

F: One 8x10, four 5x7s, twelve wallets

G: One 8x10, two 5x7s, eight wallets

ADD-ON items may be purchased only with the purchase of a portrait package, but can be ordered from different images.

 

Graduation Announcement cards: There are photos of the cards with each item.    The front of the card is shown, but the back can be totally customized with your wording.   I’ll contact you by email about your customization before ordering the cards.

​After Feb. 8, photos will be available by unit (1 8x10 or 2 5x7s or 3 4x6s or 8 wallets of the same image is a unit) at $30 per unit, with a minimum order of 4 units per student. You will also pay for postage to mail to your home.

20x24, 16x20 and 11x14 wall portraits may be ordered at any time. They come mounted on stiff backing to make framing easy. If you'd like us to frame your wall portrait, please contact us by email.

All orders placed on time will be delivered to the school in March.

If you would like your child's blemishes retouched, please choose that option for the ordered image. Please note that blemish retouching is included for 20x24, 16x20, and 11x14 portrait prints, and for packages A, B, and C. Removal of braces is available for $25. If you have more than one child, please place a SEPARATE order for each child.
