INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING ST. JOHN VIANNEY PHOTOS
IF YOU FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND PLACE ORDER ON TIME,

It has been my pleasure, for the 20th year, to photograph the 8th grade students' graduation photos. As always, the students of St. John Vianney School were a joy to meet and work with.
Orders must be placed before 8 pm on Saturday, January 28.
Please pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover if at all possible. If you must pay by check, mail it to Laura Marshall Photo, 4889 Tonino Drive, SJ 95136 to arrive before January 28. Be sure to include 8.25% sales tax.
This year, for the first time, we're offering you 2 ways to purchase photographs. You may purchase our preset packages, one pose per package. This is your best value. If you wish, you may purchase individual 8x10 units, each unit a single pose, with a minimum of 3 units. Please see details below.
ORDERING BY PACKAGE:
One pose per package.
You may order as many packages as you like.
To order a pose, click on it and fill out the order form that pops up. Follow instructions on site to finish your order. Questions can be emailed to me at dogsphotog@yahoo.com.
You may order additional units by choosing the UNIT items on the order form.
All 16x20 prints will be mounted to make them easy to frame. If you'd like us to frame your 16x20 portraits, please email us at dogsphotog@yahoo.com..
All photos will be cropped and centered.
ORDERING BY INDIVIDUAL 8x10 UNIT:
A unit is either one 8x10 (a little smaller than a piece of paper) or two 5x7s or four 3x5s or eight wallets (size of a credit card).
One pose per unit.
Three unit minimum if you're ordering units without a package.

RETOUCHING OF BLEMISHES:
If you feel that your child's photos should be retouched for blemishes, please order retouching for each pose you want retouched. I will only charge you for the service if I feel it's necessary. If it turns out to be a very minor retouch (which all photos get) you will not be charged for the service. If you pay by check and want retouching, include a SEPARATE check for retouching at a fee of $21.85 per pose, including tax. If I don't charge for retouching that check will be returned. If you send only one check, no refund will be issued. If you pay by credit card, you will only be charged for services rendered.
A NOTE ABOUT THE INVOICING AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:
When you order, you'll notice that an invoice is created for you. If you choose a "free gift", the $15 charge will be on the invoice. Please rest assured that you will be correctly charged for your order. The credit card information you enter is transmitted to me. The site I use for ordering is simply a vessel to allow you to order and pay by credit card. They do not process the payments or print the prints. So when your invoice looks wrong, don't worry. Your charges will be correct. Thanks to the mom who pointed out the confusion.

If you would like your child's photos retaken, please email me at dogsphotog@yahoo.com before Jan 18. The retakes will be done at my home/studio on Thursday, January 19 from 3-6 pm only. I need to know you're coming, so notify me by the 18th please. The address is 4889 Tonino Drive, San Jose 95136 (around the corner from Holy Family Church, off hwy 85 and 87).

AGAIN, IF YOU FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS (ESPECIALLY THE ONES MARKED IMPORTANT) AND PLACE ORDER ON TIME, YOU'LL RECEIVE A $15 GIFT - FREE. CHOOSE YOUR GIFT FROM THE LIST. NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE A GIFT, BUT HAVE NOT PUT THE STUDENT'S NAME ON THE "SHIP TO" LINE OF THE ORDER FORM AND YOUR (CREDIT CARD HOLDER) NAME ON THE "BILL TO" LINE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ITEM WITH NO FURTHER NOTICE.

Look for your child's number (listed at the bottom of the email that was sent to you) in the list and click on that.
