• We will not keep any of your information on file, except as necessary to complete business transactions with you or if you explicitly request it (e.g. you request to be on a mailing list).
• We will not contact you in any way, except as related to existing business transactions or by your request.
• We will never release your private information to third-parties, except as required to complete business transactions (e.g. credit-card processors) or as required by law.
• You may request at any time that we stop contacting you or that we delete your information.  We will immediately comply with such a request except as required to complete an existing business transaction or as required by law (e.g. tax records).
• We do not track your access to this web site in any way (including cookies).  Our hosting service may log access to this web site but we will use that information only as necessary to maintain smooth operation of the site.

This information is as of September, 2004.  We do not expect to change this in the future.  However, if at some point, it becomes necessary to change these policies to your detriment, the changes will be posted here at least 30 days in advance.  Also, if such a change affects the use of private information, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you directly in advance with this information.
